Burnett Quarry Reserve

LIMESTONE QUARRY – BURNETT QUARRY RESERVE Heading back to Mt Somers from the Ashburton lakes we noticed a small bridge and sign on the side of the road and stopped to investigate. It was a small reserve with a Limestone cottage well worth a visit.

Hakatere Potts Road to Erehwon Station

We went to Erehwon Station (Nowhere spelt backwards) a couple of years ago but as you can see by the photos later in the post we didn’t see much as the weather got worse the more inland we traveled.
