The Denniston Plateau is a great place to explore, history at every turn and a glimpse into what life would have been like in an isolated mining community. We had a great day here, it’s a must visit, near Westport on the South Island’s West Coast.

If you are looking for great walking or mountain bike tracks during the summer try Coronet Peak Ski field at Queenstown.
Another interesting Dunedin walk, climb the smaller pyramid for great views and see seals and sea lions on the beach.
Another flight, this time to Queenstown and TeAnau. What better way to spend an afternoon than fying over this amazing countryside, lakes, rivers and towns.

The tunnel beach walkway is 7.5 kilometres from the centre of Dunedin, a very short trip that will reward you with breathtaking scenery, sea-carved sandstone cliffs, secluded beaches, rock arches and caves.
Are you looking for a pleasant walk (about an hour) with amazing scenery, fur seals and possibly yellow eyed penguins? Then head to Tavora Reserve.
